The cover is a stacked dipole. Planck CMB temperature and polarization, oriented to the estimated angular-momentum axis of each of 25 low-redshift X-ray-selected clusters, shows a left–right temperature asymmetry of amplitude ≈25μK. Chance is ruled out at 3.6 The paper calls it the rotational kinematic Sunyaev-Zel’dovich effect: Thomson scattering of CMB photons off free electrons in gas that already has a coherent bulk velocity. Amplitude and shape match hydrodynamical simulations. It is a detection, not a new force.
A Lewe disc is a thin circular cylindrical shell whose hoop stress is σθ=pr/t+σR. A cluster halo is a roughly ellipsoidal gas distribution whose velocity field acquires a preferred axis once angular momentum or a merger is present. Both can project to a dipole once one face is chosen. The dipole is the toggle already named. The residual is the unspent bulk motion that primary CMB fluctuations do not erase. The oriented stack is the store.
Correspondence, not identity. The mechanism was predicted. Peculiar-velocity kSZ has been expected for decades; the rotational piece is the same scattering once the velocity field has a coherent axis. Simulations already produce it. The novelty is the isolation in real Planck data, not an absence of explanation inside ΛCDM. No residual hoop is required to account for the μK signal. .
The seat
The signal sits on IX, Toggle (+/-). One sense of rotation is selected; the opposite sense is the other face.
X, Store sector holds the oriented stack.
VI, Residual is the bulk velocity that survives the cleaning.
VIII, Closure test is the alignment with the independently estimated angular momentum.
VII waits. This is not a volume law and not ring tension.
Twelve stations. Headings fixed. This paper’s marks only.

Read left to right. You do not begin with a new particle. You begin with clusters that already rotate or merge. You look along the line of sight. You compare against the primary CMB. You orient once. You keep the full cleaned map. You refuse to spend the residual velocity. You do not open Ricci. You test closure by the independent angular-momentum axis. You choose the face. You store the stack. You read the microkelvin. You let the growth face become a dynamical probe.
The machine can retrieve the stack and the citation. The man chooses whether a thin shell under external elastic confinement is the same object as a rotating gas halo. They are not.
Instruction
Print as a response piece. Do not put the rkSZ dipole on the hoop equation. Do not say the cover has restored Lewe. The dipole agrees with the toggle. The citation remains the parent.
