A man for all time
Prof. Dr. Sc.nat Dr. Ing. Bernard Willhelm Viktor Lewe was an innovative civil engineer and physicist; a professor in Berlin University for 17 years until his death in 1936. His name is virtually unknown today and little is known about him but he made significant progress in his fields of interest. His 1915 dissertation for his doctorate of Engineering, Matrix Calculus for Continuous Beams and Frames(10) is a translation of elastic membrane theory from state of the art German Physics into Engineering that still stands as the foundation for reinforced concrete design practice of shell type structures. Lewe’s Physics dissertation is the theory that he states underlies his Engineering Article in the 2nd Edition of Der Handbuch fur Eisenbetonbau, also 1915. His proposed intent in the presented reinforcement steel design method is to allow ‘den mathematisch weniger gewandten‘(4) (the mathematically less-trained {MR -he means Engineers, but not unkindly I think}) to understand sufficient of his underlying theory to design reinforced concrete shell structures, in this case specifically water tanks, to enable codified construction standards to be applied. Since my rediscovery of Lewe in 2015, and combined with the uncovering of the Physics dissertation in 2023, his work can now be understood as a breakthrough in Quantum Engineering and proof of absolute motion in the interaction of Carbon Plastic, and Water Elastic, Modulus.
The issue of the PCA Publication in 1942 of ‘Circular Concrete Water Tanks without Prestressing‘ includes a series of coefficient tables that are the foundation of the design guidance contained therein. These tables have no reference and it is not explained how they are calculated. The latest version, 1993, is still used in Engineering today, so Lewe’s work is entirely hidden and the reference link to it is broken, deliberately. All we get from the PCA in ’93 is this cursory note, which is simply not good enough. I have informed both the publisher and the author, but they ‘consider the matter closed’. We’ll see.
The truth is that Lewe shows the secret of the Nuclear Force as absolute motion. The PCA document was issued in 1942 to allow the Manhattan Project to proceed in secret, but still keep the information out in the academic world. The Nuclear Force describes the world of Quantum, and using Lewe it can be proven that the speed of light is not constant, shattering the taboo of questioning the oxymoronic Uncertainty Principle.
1915 saw the release of Einstein’s General Relativity, which led to the 1927 Copenhagen interpretation, and Heisenberg and Born declaring imperiously ‘”we consider quantum mechanics to be a closed theory, whose fundamental physical and mathematical assumptions are no longer susceptible of any modification.” Lewe demonstrates that, in 1915, German Physics was already aware of Absolute Motion, and also aware that any physics that rejected it as the Foundation would be incomplete. However, Physics as a profession has taken Heisenberg’s opinion as an instruction so the world finds itself in this interminable spiral of war and suffering, hunger and lies. Lewe proves Physics is not even wrong; it is lying; the answers are already known.
A (nearly) Geocentric Universe is the truth of our observations and measurements. Euler’s rigid body axis theorem formed the basis of Lewe’s physics doctorate in 1906, and his 1915 paper proves it as Theory: one rotation of the centre of a rigid body equals an infinitesimal motion of the rigid body. If there are infinite number of rotations of axis at moments of duration < Plancks (not) Constant, then the rigid body will rotate an infinite number of times, given sufficient duration of Real Time in which to occur. Perpetual motion of Cosmos is created because Euler can then be reapplied boundary to centre. The centre moves the boundary; the boundary momentum rotates the centre.
Lewe’s paper examines load and lever arm at the smallest possible scale – sub-atomic – and allows an understanding of Quantum observations from the perspective of Engineering. He proves that at the precise moment that a load disintegrates there is additional energy in the system as a whole – the Positive Moment. Disintegration creates motion; motion creates energy. This information can be used to create incredibly slender and complex reinforced concrete structures, to tap nuclear power, and to construct atomic bombs, but it is parasitical energy, at the cost of increased Earth Gravity and reduced cosmological momentum.
I believe that Lewe’s name has been deliberately excised from history to protect the Atomic Secrets, and so many records have been destroyed during WW2, but there is still much to be found, and I have brought the documented evidence to light as best as I can,
As a civil engineer myself I have focussed on the risk to reinforced concrete structures through the corruption of Gravity (they will fall down when a magnetic pole switch occurs, due to twist unwinding) but it is the new discipline of Quantum Engineering that is the most exciting discovery of what lies ahead for humanity. I believe that bringing Lewe into the light will allow a full examination and audit of current scientific knowledge. And indeed to The very Law itself.
