Here the action at the equator of the time particle is shown. The lower hemisphere is oil, the upper is water. A film develops between the two materials which is additional volume. Both oil and water have negative poisson’s ratio which means when compressed, volume increases. The water and oil are compressed with Universal force, there is nothing greater, so the time particle cannot continue to expand to accommodate the increased volume. The time particle pulses and the oil and water are in motion. A positive and negative whirlpool are created. The film is drawn off the surface and twisted into a fibre.
