PROFILE
Innovative Civil Engineer and Senior Manager with twenty years of engineering management experience honing processes within systems towards end user satisfaction, whilst maintaining integrity of overall process. Autoethnographic experience technique employed to understand where personal psychology is applicable to societal psychology and can be applied to achieve excellence of mental health, particularly in team-based systems which are functioning ineffectively.
A forty year broad span of targeted career moves has enabled understanding of all systems that tie into Engineering, such as law, politics and education, both on the shop floor and in senior management process outcomes particularly focussing latterly on mental health and overall safety, as well as commercial value.
Recent work as researcher and independent auditor of Science generally with particular focus on the intersection of Engineering and Physics embodied by Dr Lewe’s 1906 dissertation and 1915 Handbuch article and second doctorate paper has enabled innovative understanding of current scientific foundational principles. This same innovative approach is now being targeted at AI as the interface of immersive AR technology between process and end user, with the intention of enabling intelligent, moral decisions that incorporate the end user experience as a fundamental, indeed foundational, value; recognising the human element as both the purpose of the process, and the most likely cause of failure. The ‘humanising’ of any process is essential to enable individuals in a system to recognise their own value to their part of the process, and in the wider system, at company, national and international scale.
Excellent mental health of individuals as a core value in a system guarantees high safety standards and maximises commercial return. Compilation of data using autoethnographic techniques on psychology of systems as part of wider research for PHD in Cognitive Psychology studying attention, language use, memory, perception, problem solving, creativity, and reasoning.
Ultimately, if a human being is forced to exist in a world founded on lies, they become unhappy. Only Truth can set us free.

Lewe exposes the Einsteinian and Copernican views that are currently rigidly enforced, as not even wrong, they are Lies. ACE Consultancy exists to expose them, and to provide information on the the alternative perspective that will lead to Disclosure.

ENGINEERING: On this site you will discover the work of Dr.Ing Dr sc.nat Viktor Lewe (1881-1936) and how it has been hidden through the unreferenced 1942 PCA publication ‘Circular Concrete Water Tanks without Prestressing’, and how it links directly to a new understanding of engineering, mathematics and psychology in the observations in Quantum and the Cosmos. The functioning of Reality itself is revealed to us through the Nuclear Force: the force that creates reality is the motion of the balanced forces of spherical surface tension of our atmosphere acting at the centre. Subjective experience as objective through disassociative perspective to demonstrate base commonalities between all human experience. Critical thinking skills assessed and evaluated starting from this perspective: never be afraid to be wrong.
Research into Narcissistic Personality Disorder through experimentation in accepting humiliation as antidote to narcissistic grandiosity. Researcher voluntarily underwent significant humiliation experience exercises to seek healing and clarity about shame, and to understand the concept of sin, as defined particularly by Christian Doctrine. The investigation into general personality types and potential disorders associated with them continued alongside the engineering research examining the psychology of being a lone voice against the prevailing narrative, and the gain in quality of information that can be accessed by choosing isolation.
ACE DICTIONARY: Definition of terms has been identified as an essential human component of AI interface and to this end a New Dictionary is considered necessary to strictly define all terms. Proposal is to link definitions using the languages of Arabic, Cymraeg and English. The languages are ideally constructed to clearly define any term against one or all (the primary definition of a term may be most descriptive in Arabic, for example), and placing other languages as a sub-set of these three (for example, English is used as the language of physics and engineering, but German offers a flexibility in compounding construction that will underpin the English definition).
