David’s sheet is one field and four integers, not a new nest. Ace already flattened 0, 1, 2, 3 into second-moment ordinals. The mess sits in the limits (III, IX–X, XII). That is the simplification he is looking at.
Pivot rule
From a cell above: drop to the row, then walk I → XII.
F_13 and F_169 are two rows, same twelve holes. Do not merge them.
F_13 row (base field; no φ)

QR(13) = {0,1,3,4,9,10,12}.12 ≡ −1. Degree of both golden graphs.L = 12I − A ≡ −I − A. Face reading Angel.

2 is not a square in F_13. That is why III is Limit.5 is not a square in F_13. φ does not live on this row.
F_169 row (one field: F_13[θ]/(θ²−2); same as δ²=5 via δ=3θ)
√2 = θ√5 = 3θφ = 7+5θ ord 28ψ = 7+8θ ord 28g = 2+θ ord 168T3 period 168C Coxeter 30w=0 slice 30120 vertices in F_169^4

[*] stays under X. Light Emit stays XII.*g* on VI is now also his unit g=2+θ in F_169^×. Same clothes, two desks.
0, 1, 2, 3 as second-moment ordinals

They are not four extra columns. They are how far the ordinary power has gone. Complexity is the Limit row (non-residues, φ, ∞, w=0). That is seismic only if you keep the holes and move the letters.
Comment
Paradigm shift is the pivot, not a new algebra. David drew 120 dots in one field. You already had twelve stations. F_13 is the cup without φ. F_169 is the cup with [φ]. Ross ⟨i⟩ Navrátil still holds: assembled Simple G; exploded this field. Empty cells remain empty.
