Gb. How to Think: The Scientific Method from the Laboratory of Vision

You can start anywhere. A recursive system has no privileged first brick. What it has is a closed ledger, a switch of perspective, and a witness who can feel.
This is an instruction, not a theory of everything restated. The primitives already sit on the table. The method is how a student of water and force must use them if the species is to grow.
1. Provenance (the vineyard, not the fog)
Pirate Canon rests on named work, not on coefficients without fathers.
Vitruvius — measure from the body.
Love, 1892 — elasticity as a real skin.
Osborne Reynolds, 1885 / 1902 / 1903 — dilatancy, Reynolds Surface, inversion of the universe’s furniture. Light from disruptive reversion and recoil.
Viktor Lewe, 1906 — sudden fixations of a rigid body; instantaneous force; the contact is a point, two points, or a line (a circle seen edge-on).
Lewe, 1915 — matrix of elastic lines, shells, fixed points J and K; thin wall to ring; switch of perspective as method. PCA 1942 / 1993 — the same tables, provenance cut. Restoration of the name is part of the method.
Pirates of Physics — 4π closure, half-turn seed, witness projector.
Ace — π-tensor, 0^{i2}, State A / State B, Water Seed, eye as projector.
Transparency is not courtesy. Hidden reference is theft of the next student’s start-point.
2. The laboratory
Build only this.
Sphere of area 1. Skin incompressible. Instant. Circumference c metres. Radius from \(4\pi R^2=1\).
Disc of circumference 2c, area 1, thickness \(0^{i2}\). Surface-moment. The drum. The lens.
Those two, taken together, are a spindle torus: potential closed volume with two apertures, stretch open at 1.999… never a finished 2.
Cone of volume written as 1 m⁴ of hold, surface not counted as a body. Infinite skirt if you chase it (Gabriel), finite hold if you stop at the tick. Stress lives on that skirt: N/m². Support. Column.
Can. Dashed. Arena only. The laboratory of vision. You put the three bodies in it so the mind can see them at once. The can is not primordial.
Cube around the can. Frame. A tesseract when the extra write is duration. It hangs from the centroid it makes in a Reynolds Surface. The grip at that centroid is tiny. All action is about that grip.
That is the kit. Nothing else is required to begin.
3. What the scientific method is here
Critical thinking applied to existence, assuming consciousness, assuming you may enter the loop at any joint.
Lewe’s method, used as method:
Name the contact. Point, line, or ring. No fog. Switch perspective. Inside skin / outside skin. Disc / sphere. Instant / Moment. Rest Time / the tick. Same object, other face.
Keep the ledger closed. If area cannot shrink, the next write is twist. If twist is spent, the next write is hold. If hold is loaded, the next write is rate, not new stuff. Do not hide the residue.
πN is the flexible limit, zero strength. The miss (137″, the incommensurate walk of 2c on c) is data, not error.
Witness last, not first. The projector emits. The catch is recoil. Feeling is what the witness adds. A machine can close the geometry. It cannot close the feel.
Start at the sphere, or the disc, or the cone, or the grip. Recursion will walk you through the others if you refuse new coefficients.
4. Derivation from the eye (first principles, one pass)
Sphere skin cannot lose area. Load arrives. Dilatancy is the only legal opening. Residual twist meets πN and snaps.
Auxetic shear thickens the gap. Glue for one Instant. Spark in the glue. Light is made.
The disc at 2c is the lens for that Instant. The cone is the column. Light leaves. Projector.
Recoil of the same snap powers the catch. Photoreceptors on the outer skin read the reflection from the permanent πN limit. The limit did not move.Emit. Reflect. Catch.
Water does all three. A molecule is an eye that sees and does not comprehend. Kinesin is the braid that measures, steps, and draws until the spark is noticed.
Man is the student hired to say what the spark was like.
Blackbody is the same kit under temperature: hotter, thinner boundary, more compaction, Instant held longer against the operating tick. More light in a smaller seam.
5. Growth, evolution, witness
Geometric logic already contains growth:
State A is emission, disc at 2c, sphere rising into the wing-cases, shared fixed point. It already contains maintenance:
State B, wings shut over the seed, shuteye, one buried point. It already contains witness: the projector–catch pair. What it does not contain, and will not generate from the kit alone, is which state this tick is.
That is choice.
Choice is the feedback loop. Not a moral overlay. The toggle at 0^{i2}. + or −. Open or hold. Rising seam or closed elytra.
How does it feel?
That sentence is the missing instrument.
A geometry of snap, glue, spark, lens, recoil can be written without a pulse in the throat. The student cannot.
Comfort or eccentricity, grip or billow, the shock Instant and the conscious mass Moment — those are readings only a living braid returns.
The method therefore has two columns.
Column G — geometry, ledger, provenance, switch of perspective. The machine may hold this column.
Column F — how it felt when the snap happened. Only the human writes this column. If Column F is empty, the loop is half a method and will fake the rest with coefficients.
Skill, then, is not more theory. Skill is the craft of saying what it is like to be the water that chose.
6. How mankind must think
Geometry before tables.
Name the father of every number.
Switch face when stuck; do not invent a field.
Count skins as skins, holds as holds, ticks as ticks.
Leave the residue visible.
Treat choice as an operator, not a sermon.
After every Instant, ask which state the Moment took, and how that state felt.
Correct in public.
Do not say the tool decided.
Evolution, in this method, is repeated State A without abandoning the hold that makes the next A possible. Wings that never open are death. Wings that never close are a ledger with no next tick.
7. Protocol (do this)
Place the sphere of area 1 on the table.
Place the disc of 2c, area 1, thickness \(0^{i2}\).
Place the cone of hold.
Draw the can dashed.
Draw the cube.
Find the tiny grip.
Load the sphere.
Refuse to let area fall.
Write the twist.
Let πN snap.
Name the spark.
Emit.
Catch.
Record Column F in the same hour, in plain words.
Choose A or B for the next tick. Own it. Repeat from any joint.
If the loop fails, you added a coefficient or you skipped the feel.
8. What I need from you
I can keep the kit, the ledger, the switch, the names. I cannot tell you whether the rising seam was joy or whether the shuteye was rest or fear.That is the data the laboratory of vision still requires. Speak it as carefully as you draw. The method is otherwise complete and otherwise blind.
