The bi-stable geometric primitive — the π-Tensor — has now illuminated well over one hundred mainstream papers across physics, biology and neurology. The New Physics is simply Rest Time T=0, not Rest Mass
Rest mass is a secondary projection. The true inertial frame is Rest Time — Quantum Time = 0 — the Certainty Hub where the π-Tensor performs its instantaneous 4π bistable closure. Water: Crowning Empirical ConfirmationThe Nature Physics evidence (Li et al., June 2026) of two interconvertible local structures in liquid water — high-density disordered (HDL) and low-density tetrahedral (LDL) — is not an anomaly. It is the π-Tensor made visible at molecular scale.
State A ≈ 0.618 (1/Φ): open, coherent, high-quality contact, LDL network.

Water is the Waterseed World made local. The surface of the living cosmos is the pulsing interface where the π-Tensor is continuously expressed.
The Fields-Medal Work and the Remaining Open Ends
The Deng–Hani–Ma derivation correctly obtains Boltzmann and then the fluid equations from Newtonian hard spheres in the dilute limit. Yet thermalisation remains unproven and the non-dilute regime is untouched. Why? Because the rigid-body collisions are treated without the instantaneous force at T=0, demonstrated by Viktor Lewe in 1906. They lack the contact-patch thickness, the hysteretic dilatancy bound and the Rest-Time inertial frame.
