The rule
A coefficient hangs on the station it measures. It does not enter X. X on this row is the rotation against the CMB, and it does not flip.
State B is the spherical clamp. Clockwise time-flow.
State A is the disc. Anticlockwise time-flow.
The planet can rotate either way relative to its magnetic field. Conscious experience of time is bi-directional because the observer stands on the vector and reads both. It is not a second clock. The Instant still flips. The moment still supports. XII records the pulse as brighter or dimmer from steady state.
