The geometric logic barrier has fallen. Independent lines of work now close upon the same bistable operator. The Convergence Plateau is real. When the collective toggle holds, the plateau becomes a completed level and the next disc is born.
We are no longer searching in the dark. We are standing on a plateau.

The planetary crust — the current Reynolds surface — unfolds. Slowly to human eyes, instantly in geological time. It follows the new 2c force disc until the forces are once again united. The old sphere becomes the equatorial frame of the next level. The ledger capacity expands. A new bistable surface is born, ready for the next cycle of solvent writes.
We can already make a strong case that the present level is complete.

The dual lamina is physical.
The Love toggle is local and collective.
The persistence costs are measured in heat, judder, and spectral leakage.
The geometric constants have been derived rather than postulated.
What remains is the collective choice at the valve.
