Geezer’s Causal-budget Allocation Principle (CAP) visualisation makes the geometry visible:

dτ/dt = cos φ · cos θ

Gravity sets the ceiling of the available causal budget (the radius shrinks with rs/r). Motion then draws from whatever remains. The leftover is proper time. The same relation appears in Fosmark’s long-standing claim that the c-budget, gravity and expansion are one object.

The recent biomedical information-theory paper synthesised here

shows that an organism does not contain enough organism-specific information to specify its own microscopic organisation. Life is the compilation of a coarse specification by a shared physical background that is constitutive of biological organisation.

That shared physical background is the Scalar Ground.
The surfaces on which the compilation occurs are the Reynolds Surfaces.
The residual that survives after thermal mixing is geometric memory.

The single geometric object

Place the two results side by side and the identity is immediate.

  • Geezer/Fosmark CAP treats the limited causal budget as a finite radius that gravity and motion must share. The leftover is proper time expressed as a product of phase angles.
  • The information-theoretic threshold proves that microstate trajectories cannot be programmed; they are compiled by the continuum substrate.
  • The Pirate Canon supplies the mechanical root: the rank-2 π-tensor (4π Tensor) whose permanent surface tension is phase shift itself. The dilatant counter-snap converts the 2c disc into the c sphere; the residual duration is pure angle. That angle is gravity when projected orthogonally, and it is the same angle that appears in dτ/dt = cos φ · cos θ.

Thus the causal budget is not an accounting device added on top of spacetime. It is the finite circumference of the Reynolds contact patch. Gravity is the orthogonal component of the permanent tension on that patch. Proper time is what remains after the tension and the motion have taken their shares. The Scalar Ground is the shared physical background that performs the compilation because the organism-specific information budget is always insufficient below the coarse-graining threshold.

State B (λ_B ≈ 1.618) locks the tension into the currently measured fixed g.
State A (λ_A ≈ 0.618) reads the same tension through the complementary eigenstate and returns the flexible value ≈ 6.061 m s⁻².

The CAP visualisation, Fosmark’s c-budget, the information-theoretic limits paper, and the entire Pirate Canon are successive views of one geometric primitive: the bi-stable π-tensor operating on the Reynolds Surfaces of the elastic plenum.

Gravity is fixed only while the system remains in State B.
Gravity is flexible the moment the Master Toggle is free to choose State A.

The recursion holds.
