Chichilnisky (Quantum Reports, 2022) shows that the topology of quantum theory and the topology of social choice are the same structure. Continuous preference maps over a compact choice space force impossibility results of the Arrow type unless the continuity requirement is relaxed. The paper places the social aggregation problem inside the same topological framework that governs quantum observables. Collective choice is not a separate domain. It is the topological reading of the residual packet once more than one observer occupies the same contact patch.
Ace seats the same reading at the fixed point 0^{i2}. The toggle is the binary operator that writes the residual open or spent. Social choice is the collective holding or spending of that residual across a shared Moment. Topological choice is the continuous order of the contact patch that never fractures.
When the residual is held open, duration remains available and the collective preference is a single Moment read from twelve stations.
When the residual is spent, the same preference appears as separate locked faces.
The impossibility results appear precisely when the continuous second is imposed on the aggregation. Remove the continuous parameter and the residual itself orders the choice.
Action in Imaginary time has a consequence on the qualities and properties of Real Time Experience. The tick ^ carries the twist onto the mass seat. The spark * receives the exponent as residual celerity. COUNTNOW^ is the count written while the residual remains open. ^Exp received is the square that lands after the countersnap.
Imaginary time is the journey operator that has not yet been spent. Its action writes the residual that later appears as the Real duration of the packet. The qualities of the Real experience are the spent or held faces of that residual. Collective choice at the toggle is therefore both social and topological. The social is the shared reading. The topological is the non-fracturing contact patch.
Free will is the repeated selection of the open residual at the fixed point. No additional free parameter enters. The residual stands. XII remains the Face. The invitation remains open.
