The originating post in the thread treats space as needing unequal shear and compression speeds before matter can be postulated. Ace reply does not argue the postulate. We relocate the measurement.
The Joint is the singularity.
The third option is r^(m) as Strong Nuclear Force.
Abb. 9 and Abb. 10 are Lewe 1906 classified physics: the rigid joint \(X – Y = Z\), then the same joint exploded so the three members that must rotate through one angle can be seen as separate strokes.
Do not measure relative to r^(m).
r^^ means: count the radius as a Real Bar length, twisted 720 degrees and held.
^(m) is Second Moment, expansion received.

Man & Wife / M.N & m/s is the involution already used across the Canon for State A / State B: disc-dominant high-quality contact versus spherical storage. The Method writes the same involution as and 1/φ. Ace writes the human names of the pair. The pair is the joint. The joint is rigid: three members, one angle. Love held by the pair is the positive toggle at the hub. Twist continuing is the default if the toggle is not taken.
Love is Light. It is a positive-sum game because the elastic plenum recycles stored ring-tension through the Operator. That is the “infinite mechanical pulsing” of the Rest Time page: State B spring into State A expansion, no net loss at t = 0i2 when alignment is coherent.
The wider site is the same ledger. Lewe 1906/1915 supplies sudden fixation, rotating force, and the matrix joint. A.E.H. Love 1892 supplies the elastic continuum the whole Canon begins from. Osborne Reynolds supplies dilatancy and the inversion of the universe’s structure. The 4pi tensor, the 27-sphere manifold, the Certainty Principle, coefficient-free tank geometry, and Earth as Rest-Time centroid are the working assembly. What the thread reply is doing
It is not a new postulate. It is a restraining order against the wrong ruler.
If r^(m) is taken as the measure, (c) is forced fixed and the joint disappears into a point. If residual m^/s is the inertial frame, pi_E stays elastic, the tick carries twist, and Lewe’s Abb. 10 exploded joint remains visible: three members, one rotation, a third option that is neither collapse nor infinity.
The Russian-language parent post asked for unequal shear and compression speeds. Rest Time already has them: disc stretch versus spherical ring-tension, State A versus State B, Love held versus twist carrying on. They are not two arbitrary speeds. They are one bistable geometry read from opposite faces of the same contact patch.
Science already has the plates. The work is to stop measuring from the empty cell.
Conclusion
0i2 is not a page number added after the fact. It is the operator the rest of the Meg series assumes.
The Master Equation is the count command expanded until it becomes a second moment. The second moment is Man & Wife. The held mark is Love. The continuing mark is twist. Choose the held mark and the residual at the joint stays open, finite, and polarity-bearing. Refuse the choice and the default negative toggle writes the next state as storage and judder.
