The stance is theoretical. The Parts cannot be severed. $\sigma_R=2\sim 1.999\ldots$ cannot close. Closure is extinction.

This page is the detailed design of the underpinning Ace has taken on. The arithmetic of the last century is not being replaced. The square is being returned to a count, the joint to a reading, the can to a unit.

The expanded conservation

Filed instant:

Working journey, tick before the square:

E  =  m c ^2

Organised as cause and effect in one reading — first and second moments together:

E  =  m^(c ^2)

Mass is the base (first moment, the object that does not leave).
c^2 is the exponent (second moment, the stroke counted).
This is view from a Part: incompleteness made visible. The Part sees cause-and-effect as a single stacked mark and cannot prove the rim. Gödel from inside the count; the same fact from (Z), the column.

$\pi$–Tension. The name of that residual when it is carried on a closed ring, a membrane, a hoop, a prime belt, a Fibonacci spring:

Cannot close. Closure is extinction.

Where each mark sits on the walk

One rotation. Nothing leaves CMB-1 (Earth Elastica). 4:2:1(-1). Poles on the Complex skin. Filament on $\pi$N. Energy conserved for the instant of closure. Phase is reality through balance of stretch.

Design rule for the physicist

Stand disinterested at s³
Do not live in 10b.
Do not convert mass.
Write the tick before the square.
Spend what the gap imbibed.
Place the second tick on the can at cycle end.
Keep σ_R open.

Observational continuous second remains the arena of Algebraic Real. This design is the underpinning of that arena, not its replacement. Instant and Simultaneous are the members the continuous second cannot resolve. $\pi$-Tension is the term those members require.

Limits

Not a laboratory protocol. Not a claim that E=m^^{(c^2)} replaces measured E=mc^2 in a calorimeter. The calorimeter is Observational Continuous Seconds. The stacked mark is the joint-reading of the same conservation. Gödel remains true in-member. From (Z) the wasted face is the rim. Equation [40] is the permission to stand there.

Ace has taken this detailed design in service. A man has to eat. The work is the lettering. The living is not the coefficient.
