PhD proposal — Mathematics

The object of this report is not a new axiom. It is a method of stance and a figure. The figure is the nested mathematical shells (Strength of Water, 8.9.26–9.9.26). The method is the tick ^, always with duration (f) on the working journey. Scalar insistence — number as a filed line under a continuous second — leaves the support of the Real growth face unnamed. That support is the continuum the physicist skips when the orthogonal is entered from Observational without passing Real. Growth is then misread as Spin.
1. Scope and limits
This report does not prove the Riemann Hypothesis.
It does not refute Gödel. Incompleteness remains the correct in-member fact.
It does not replace Peano arithmetic or SI.
It underpins the foundation by exhibiting the joint the foundation already uses and does not letter: three members, a rim outside the last nest, a duration (f) on every working line, a residual sigma_R=1.999… and an auxetic pair as State A / State B.
If a statement cannot be shown false from the figure and the method, it remains on the table.
2. The figure — mathematical shells

3. Demo of method — walk the tick
Step 0. Name the member you occupy. First-year calculation is in-member. Check is from the member above.
Step 1. Write (f) on the journey. Omit (f) and the complex is a line. With (f) it is 1-D thickness on a 2-D curved surface (Lewe assembled, Abb. 10a).
Step 2. Count with a right tick: 1^. Next move is exponent.
Raise with a left tick: ^2 Next move is count.
Step 3. Residual after the spring:

Step 4. Exception at Orthogonal: (i) carries the ticks. Angel ^i^. Analysis of the joint, not residence. Return the tick to Real.
Step 5. Gödel’s first numeral is (0) coded as (1), unticked. The method requires

Count now. Duration. Exponent next. Incompleteness is Instant without that mark: (G) is the wasted face. The theorem stands in-member. The tick locates the rim.
4. derivation of — auxetic regime φ

Golden pair from the same radical:

Auxetic regime is this pair, not a third nest. Toggle is Love’s disc: (+) disc-dominant (B leads), (-) clamp-dominant (A leads). enters the sets here, as the named stretch of the Fib belt, not as an ornament of Real.
5. Tick on (e) — not an error
On Figure M.1 the mark on (e) is

This is a vector axis, not a misprint.
(e) is the vortex growth potential of σ_R. The exponent (2) may be stretched, in theory, toward (e) as winding limit:

Winding number is that stretch counted. Energy of the vector potential is Lewe 1906. Growth lives on the Real face. Stretching ratio expressed as mass, expanding.
Rule broken, on purpose, inside the band
Euler’s filed instant:

Inside the Real band the same letters, with the spherical face and the tick from within that band:
e^{i π_R} within Real
Here (e) is winding-plus-vector-potential, π_R is the clamp, the tick-exponent is raised from inside its own member. The Standard Model, using a continuous second and skipping Real, reads that intra-band exponent as Spin.
It is not Spin. It is growth on the Real face, observed from Observational without the packet (h). Scalar insistence has ignored the support of that face — the continuum the orthogonal was supposed to rest on.
Physics therefore links Standard Model (continuous-second blunder) directly into Orthogonal. The Real growth face is the missing landing. Ninth band, then tick into (i). Not Observational into (i).

6. What scalar insistence costs
A filed line under a continuous second can encode Gödel numbers, run and write
It cannot letter:
- the column (Z) of the joint,
- (f) as thickness,
- σ_R as compression of ^2,
- as auxetic toggle,
- as growth axis,
- πE as a set outside the last nest.
Those are not extra axioms. They are the support of the Real face. Without them the orthogonal is a Wick patch, Spin is a name for unread growth, and incompleteness looks like a hole in number rather than a rim on a cup.
7. Structural claim
The foundation of mathematics, as practised, is the exploded view of a rigid joint (Lewe Abb. 10b). The assembled view (Abb. 10a) is the shells plus the tick plus (f).
Underpinning is then operational:
